STORE POLICY
Please refer to my shipping agreement under the service tab located on the page titled "art" as it thoroughly explains in detail ALL aspects of my shipping policy. Due to the nature of not knowing the weight before I create your artwork, I am not able to provide estimates for the shipping cost. All artwork is shipped through FedEx Ground and insured for the value of the artwork. This will protect you in the event your purchased art is damaged during the delivery process. In the event your artwork has been damaged in the shipping process a replacement will be made for you free of charge, you will only be required to cover the remaining shipping cost as the original shipping deposit will still be applied. Once you have signed the shipping agreement an invoice will be sent for the total of your artwork and the shipping deposit fee plus tax. Once your artwork has been completed and packaged a second invoice will be sent for the remaining balance to cover shipping. The shipping deposit is non-refundable and will go towards the total shipping cost but please note should you pay the fee and decide you want local delivery, you will need to fill out that form and pay the delivery fee associated.
RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS AND REFUNDS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
In the event, your artwork is damaged in transportation being shipped or delivered to you, the painting will be replaced with the original order free of charge to you. The only thing you will be required to pay for is the shipping and the deposit that you have already paid will roll over.
Purchased artwork is not able to be returned.
If you have paid for a commercial or vehicle wrap service and you are unsatisfied with the work please reach out via email or phone, and I will address it. Please refer to our contractual agreement for more in-depth guidelines.
